- Once your order has been picked and packed freight is charged depending on the total weight or cubic volume (whichever is greater). Freight is charged using the rates quoted by the freight company at time of dispatch.

- Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 6 month manufacturers warranty APART FROM SALE ITEMS (from date of purchase) on items that are faulty due to faulty workmanship. A refund or exchange will be made on receipt of the faulty item along with their proof of purchase. Please make contact with Leather Craft Aust Pty Ltd prior to sending in the faulty item.

- Our website is designed for Retailers and will attract GST. Prices quoted on this website do not include GST. Due to the high demand of our products Leather Craft reserves the righ to limit quantities per Retail store.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- When purchasing specials a freight charge will applly and Terms and conditions apply to SALE items.
- Backorders
- Items out of stock at the time of your order will automatically be placed on backorder, unless the item/s are discontinued. If you do not wish to receive backorders please advise us immediately. Backorders are shipped as soon as the stock becomes available and the reseller agrees to accept all products as ordered when delivered. Backorders do not incur any shipping or freight charges if delivery is within Australia.
